As a benefit to our patients who prefer
an early start, on Wednesdays we offer 7:00
a.m. 'Red-eye' appointments. Additionally,
we have 'lunch-time' appointments available!

Fear Not!
 We
treat fear in this office very seriously.
From our business staff to Dr. Hartman,
every team member in our practice is dedicated
to making your comfort their priority. We'll
address any apprehension you may be experiencing
concerning your dental treatment, as well
as take every measure possible to ensure
a comfortable, pain-free experience.
You are in Control. We want you to let
us know how you're feeling. If you want
to stop treatment at any time, simply raise
your hand. If you need to take a short break,
we'll even leave the room if you prefer.
And we'll do so as often as you like.
- Painless Injections:
Prior to numbing, a gel anesthetic is
gently swabbed on with a Q-tip. The gel
which comes in eight flavors ranging from
Pina Colada to bubble gum, offers a wide
range of choices for both adults and children.
- The Wand:
THE WAND is the most patient-comfort
oriented development to enter the dental
marketplace in decades. Whether injections
make you nervous or not, THE WAND helps
us provide a more effective anesthetic
delivery. You're more comfortable throughout
the procedure and we may be able to use
new techniques so you won't experience
the lingering numbness of your tongue,
lips and face. THE WAND is an excellent
example of our efforts to bring you the
latest dental technology and to help all
of our patients have a pleasant, positive
visit to our office.
- Nitrous Oxide
and Premedication:
For those who need a little extra
help relaxing, Nitrous Oxide (laughing
gas) is available, as well as premedication
with anti-anxiety medications. When the
folks treating you go beyond understanding
- when they can empathize with your emotional
reaction to dentistry- together we can
accomplish anything!
- Infection Control:
We take no risks with your health.
In addition to cleaning and sterilizing
all instruments routinely as recommended
by the American Dental Association and
the Centers for Disease Control, we sterilize
all handpieces (drills) with a state-of-the-art
sterilization unit specifically designed
for this purpose. In addition, we are
linked to an outside service which monitors
the effectiveness of our dual sterilizers.
Finally, all clinical staff members were
masks, gloves and glasses. We strictly
observe all Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
