We switched to Dr. Hartman a few years ago due to a changed insurance provider, and have enjoyed the care he and his professional staff have provided. He's professional, courteous, and an expert at managing our family's dental needs--which have been considerable--from cavities to crowns & implants. I have found that his warranty on the dental work that he performs is outstanding for a dental care practice. On my teeth, he's fixed minor cosmetic chips and major cavities, while guaranteeing the integrity of that work over time. He recently fixed a chip that he had repaired two years ago, that he told me was still under warranty. I haven't had many dentists who have guaranteed their work like Dr. Hartman. Abbey has performed my regular cleanings, and is personable and very professional. She also instructs at IUPUI as do I so we've had some good conversations--when she's not working in my mouth ;-)

I came to this facility due to a promotion on Living Social and have decided to switch dentists. The first experience was a cleaning and zoom whitening which was very satisfactory. The second experience was a cleaning and I had a few issues that were promptly resolved with much satisfaction. It wasn't cost prohibitive and the work was excellent. I used to work for a dentist and in my opinion this facility, staff and especially the Doctor are A++ I am one happy patient :)
